Moreno Valley Unified School District earns 18 California Pivotal Practice Awards
The Moreno Valley Unified School District was announced as one of 121 school districts to receive the 2022 California Pivotal Practice (CAPP) Award Program, along with 17 of its schools out of 727 schools statewide.
Celebrating Student Authors: Dear Freedom Writer
The book release celebration will highlight the six students in our district who are now published authors. Ms. Erin Gruwell will lead a panel discussion with student authors and teachers who helped in writing their stories. RSVP to attend.

The Moreno Valley Unified School District and the City of Moreno Valley were honored on Thursday, April 21 as this year’s Champion of Change award recipients at the Raise A Hand fundraiser event organized by Think Together, California’s largest nonprofit provider of afterschool programs.

We created a parent survey so parents and guardians can let us know what model of learning (hybrid or distance) they want their child to be in when we are able to bring students back on campus. The Board of Education of the Moreno Valley Unified School District voted on Tuesday, December 15, to remain in full distance learning for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
