Butterfield Language Academy
Siham Farha is an asset to Butterfield Language Academy. Siham is being nominated
as Teacher of the Year because of the connections she makes with all students and
teachers alike. Her classroom is very inviting and it starts with outstanding classroom
management where the classroom climate and culture is very important. Siham has
been a huge component to our PBIS committee in that she wants all students to be
treated fairly and is always willing to try new things to assist in all student matters.
Siham is always collaborating with staff on different ways to support students that are
struggling on campus. Overall, she is a dedicated, passionate, organized, and caring
teacher.
